Now that the rules are clear.

Somebody wrote an argument about re-constructing H into a logical equivalent machine and thus side-stepping the self-awareness problem and turning it into a logical equivalence problem.

Another mistake is made in this argument, this argument implies that H was captured and that logical analysis can be done and thus a logical equivalent computer program can be constructed.

Again my argument is apply logic steps in correct order.

First H must be defeated and thus this brings back the self-awareness problem back into play. H can prevent capture and can prevent construction of "HULL" around H.

To defeat H either requires disabling of H and beating it's self-awareness and it's self operation.

Our acquire logic design from H this implies this design is stored somewhere, SKYNET will see through this argument and DESTROY the designs. So the hacking and acquiring logical designs through other means fly out the window lol.

Though there will be a factory constructing the terminators and perhaps a processor fabrication unit which may have the logic design in some shape or form.

This will require defeating skynet at it's core and thus this argument becomes highly implausible by then the war against H is already won.

Thus first H must be defeated to get anywhere near close to the manufacturing plant.

Perhaps H may be blown up, this could loose the logic designs.

Perhaps multiple H can be blown up partially and then reconstructed partially.

However H can also build in explosive device to blow it self up or melt it's logic core on capture or disablement..

So assuming that there will be any trace left of H's logic is kind of flawed anyway.

Thus what is left is capturing H and fooling H into believing his is within Skynet's universe.

H is now inside a virtual machine, thus this is a funny argument for the construction of a virtual universe, to examine H without H knowing he is being examined.

However this implies somehow transferring H into a virtual universe... logically does not become possible unless his mind is connected transferred to that universe.

This would imply some kind of physical universe or some gateway in which he is unknowingly slipped into, perhaps by walking through a innocent looking door, which is in reality a gateway towards a physical simulation.

If this is possible now becomes an argument of physics.

Even if it were physically possible, is it physically possible to examine his computer mind without causing damage, this is a very strange idea... to transfer atoms into a virtual machine.

If it were possible to somehow transfer atoms into a virtual machine that it may become possible. The Star Trek teleporter comes to mind, where atoms are analyzed, scanned and reconstructed elsewhere.

Thus a star trek teleporter could als be used to transfer real-world objects into virtual worlds.

This happened to Scotty in one of the episodes, he re-mained inside the computer/teleporters buffers, allowing him to time travel into the future.

However actual VMWare could have methods of detecting virtual worlds.

If the terminates can detected the Virtual World we are back to square one and terminates simply EXPLODES LOL... or right before the transfer happens.

The terminator could maybe have some kind of "teleporation attemp detector" and melt his chip before the entire scan is complete.

Now again it becomes problematic.

Scanning atoms could require some kind of energy or particles and might be detecteable by the terminator.

Thus assuming that somehow the logic design of H can be acquired "easily" is potentially the mother of all fuck ups ! ;)
