I identify myself with regards to my assembly language development as
me being a developer, who also works in assembly language.

It's very foolish to work exclusively in assembly.  It's too mechanical
to be useful for everything.  In 99.999% of all programming, it's at
least as good or better to code in C/C++ or even a higher level language.

Assembly is only for places where it's truly needed, which are getting
more and more rare as tools become more and more advanced over decades.
