This thread is primarily of interest to trn users (of which there may be
about a dozen of us left).

I've implemented the following filter to kill the mushroom spam (which is
still present, though not nearly as prevalent as it once was):

/[A-Z][A-Z][A-Z][A-Z]/c:=j

Because the spammers always use lots of caps (4 should be enough, but maybe
not...). We just need to make sure that legit users don't do the all caps
thing (some newusers do this and they need to be gently advised not to)
