I'm not sure about the laws in SA, but sulfuric acid can be brought at lowes or any other plumber shop, HCI can be brought at homedepot as drain/general cleaner then you will need to purify it that can be found over the web.. Btw sounds like your trying to get rid of a body.

Btw sounds like your trying to get rid of a body.
I thought hydrofluoric acid was the classic solution for that. HCl might work as well, though, (depending on the concentration of course).
