testing now in rocksolid.feeds.tracker2_postman_i2p

Let's see if better or worse. If it's improved, I'll make some more
changes.

Seems I may have been blocked. I probably hit the server too many times
too quickly while setting up and got blacklisted.

I don't want to abuse a server, but it may have appeared that way.
There should be a few new posts soon.
