Don't worry to much about it.  This was just a decoy that got taken to show TravelSeeker (3z post) that Qubes 4.1 is less safe than 4.0 and that installing i2p in a Qubes VM is only for entertainment/training purposes only.  The Big Sellout happen in the middle of version 3 when JR (Qubes high priestess) disallowed External Radio Clock Sink (atomic/GPS/Radio-Fax).  Bye bye kerberos, bye bye certificate pinning etc.  She got promoted to CSO (chief security officer) at Google distributed computing.

At least no claims of direct descendant from the pope were made.
