I have seen all members here can easily open the .i2p link, but when I try it myself it always appears "ERROR 403 ...... Website Unreach ..... Website not found in address book ..... or ADD Base32 / 64 ". It's make me confused btw ,,,,

Hope anyone can help me how to fix it (I'm using Ubuntu)

It sounds like the "domain" name simply is not in your addressbook. This is very common.

There should be links on that page under "Click a link below for an address helper from a jump service" where you can try some jump services to find the address, then click to add to your addressbook.

Unless you have a subscription to some jump services, you will see this page a lot, which is normal.

I had a proposal to def3 that is perfect for a site with multiple networks.

Sick Puppies 2 Good Families

Bottom line it will be a Bulletin Board adverting for i2p. Time limited families up to 10 members that expire when full
or times up.  The family can compliment a site or a service. Here some example of possible advertisements.

etc, etc etc.

The explanation of why was already given, if you want to access def3.i2p, try link 2..

You can find the complete addresses of many eepsites without any jumpservice on this page (link 1):
Once you have accessed any site with the addresshelper, the address will be added to your addressbook and you can use the domain name (like def3.i2p).
