I gave up on race tuitions years ago (it was merely for interest), but one criticism has stayed in my mind -- braking too early and for too long.

I have found all about the G-forces and aero and heroic leg muscles. But I cannot confirm whether on many F1 circuits, drivers complete their braking in less than one second, and some are merely momentary but brutal 'taps'.

Obviously this varies somewhat with different corners, but does can anyone cite examples?
