On more of a football note i remember some were saying Dave Gettleman was everything short of a racist for not picking Haskins.....guess who is laughiing now? Similar to the Leo Williams trade. Yes but where is the outcry about spouse abuse? This chick is no shrinking violet, she was a college basketball player who may have been able to kick any of our asses, and im not talking just as old men either. Ive seen city chicks fight before and trust me you wouldnt want to fuck with some of them even in your prime....all i am saying is whats good for the goose is good for gander, she should be treated just as harshly as any guy would be....Haskins is in fact.....a battered husband. No argument there. He just didn't escalate the matter. I suspect if
he had punched out her lights his ass would be in a sling because of
the differnce in size and strength.

Yea im sure judges see cases of "reverse abuse" all the time and treat it serious, i even have a buddy who just got a divorce who was a victim of it, granted he has a drinking problem but isnt a violent drunk by any means, but just because you have an addiction issue doesnt give the go ahead for your spouse to beat your ass, even if you spend the mortgage money on booze. But in the court of public opinion? Forget it, mens rights have a long way to go.....all i hear about is gay rights, tranny rights, black rights, spanish rights, womens rights, Me Too movement, hillbilly "i dont wanna wear a mask or get a vaccine" rights......on and on.....but no mens rights....and Haskins is a BLACK man so im not spewing "White power" bullshit.

And on that note i saw a post on facebook.....by a chick even....that was a breath of fresh air, it said something to the effect "Instead of asking why don't men fight harder to see their kids, maybe we should ask.... why do they have to fight to see their kids?" Amen. So to speak.
