Fallacious argument. They are always making agreements. For instance,
we have been told all year of agreements the drivers supposedly make
with each other and with the RD during drivers meeting.
What rational do you have to suppose hat such things have not happened
many times in the past.

We know they have agreed with the RD/stewards to err on the side of
"letting them race".

To infer any agreement was significant (or in any way binding) enough
to amend the implementation of the regulation is beyond any known
evidence and indeed contradicts the evidence. Significantly no such
agreement has been mentioned by any of the parties in considering the
protest.
