A couple updates from the wire: DL Christian Covington has been
activated off the COVID-19 list, and S Mark Webb (knee) has been placed
on IR.

Chargers have activated DL Jerry Tillery off the COVID-19 list.

RM: So Bosa, Tillery, Tranquill,and Covington have all been activated
off the COVID-19 list. Linval Joseph remains on the list.

The other recent transactions are signing Breiden Fehoko to the active
roster and placing Mark Webb on IR. Those transactions cancel themselves
out in terms of 53-man-roster spots, so the Chargers remain one player
down because Joseph is still on the Covid list and has not been replaced
on the active roster.
