Per Brandon Staley, Harris and Williams were deemed close contacts of
Keenan Allen on Monday. Same day Allen was placed on COVID list. Harris
and Williams must quarantine for 5 days from Monday. So eligible to be
activated Friday

But I definitely agree with you about professional athletes not getting
vaccinated. Being in such close proximity to so many other people has to
put them at high risk of transmission.

Williams and Harris must sit out five days as close contacts of Keenan
Allen, who tested positive. This seems to mean that they weren't
vaccinated (Popper confirmed it for Williams), as I think only
unvaccinated players are placed on the Covid list as close contacts.

Williams and Harris can play on Sunday if they don't test positive over
those five days.

Allen, who was vaccinated, can play on Sunday if he has two negative
tests 24 hours apart.
