It says Urban Meyer walked up to Josh Lambo, who was stretching, and
kicked him in the leg. For missing field goals in the *preseason*. Then
he got pissed that Lambo didn't just take it. Meyer considered the
*complaint* a fireable offense.

In the article:

His response was, ‘OK, you don’t like me doing this, OK. If you don’t
like me doing that, fine. But if you ever speak to me like that again,
you’ll be out of here. You’re the first player I’ve ever let speak to me
that way in my career, and if you do it again, you’re gone.’”

‘When you responded to me out there on the practice field in front of
everybody. If you have an issue and don’t like me kicking you, well then

I knew Urban would flop in the NFL, but even I didn't expect him to not last a full season. It's hilarious to me that he coached the same number of NFL games as Bobby Petrino and finished with one fewer win.

That's not even a fair comparison.
Petrino signed onto a team with Vick at QB.
Petrino lost Vick to dogfighting, with no blame to Petrino.
