Also i'd like to see Josh Allens fumble stats, because it seems every game i watch of the Bills he is putting it on the ground...Im not trying to be an apologist for DJ but to me this just tells me "fumbles are a lot worse when you are on a bad team that doesn't recover from them". Its like Favre's gunslinger play, people dont complain about the 3 picks......if you throw 5 TD's. Winning is the best deodorant.

Actually Allens fumble stats, while not great are not bad, so i guess its just a coincidence of every time i tune into a Bills game....and the stat to go by is fumbles......fumbles lost is just dumb luck if you get it back...but in Jacksons case he lost 2 including the one that lost the game, yet hes not getting killed for it as you know who would be. Maybe thats the difference between NY and Baltimore.

Do you really not see the difference in the numbers (other than fumbles) and wins that Jackson accomplishes compared to Jones?

And that last fumble was a DIRECT result of his team losing, there is no couching that.....my point is he will get a pass because of the good things he has done in the past.....Jones doesnt have those good things, not yet. Thats the difference between being drafted low first round and starting on a very good team.....and being drafted high first round and starting for a shit team. Certainly Eli couldnt turn us around his last few years. But it wasnt all his fault.

DJ Has the reputation of a fumbler so every time he does it there will be a spotlight on him. That won't change until he goes a few games without fumbling.

Prolly more like a full season....because i dont have the stat but they were even saying he improved markedly last half of last year, but he also missed some time with injury......and some say he should have missed more he was playing on one leg....
