Per Daniel Popper of The Athletic, after restructuring Khalil Mack's
contract. This number includes (ie, is already reduced by) the money
they'll need to sign draft picks.

Popper says that Telesco likes to keep $7M available for in-season
moves, so they could spend $17.7M on players now and leave $7M in the
kitty. They still have a lot of holes to fill, particularly RG (unless
they really feel that Jaimes could handle the position) and RT (because
neither Norton nor Pipkins are starter-level).
