Because, although he has been crazy frustrating,
still, he has finished on podium 8 of the 18 races.
Sadly, none of last 4 races, but came 4th in last race.
And, last year in Mexico he did finish on podium.

Also, if Red Bull had fired Perez just before Mexico,
the crowd (and perhaps more) might have caused a
bad environment.
