In May, Bündchen told British Vogue: “I don’t think rela-
tionships just happen; it’s never the fairy tale people
want to believe it is. It takes work to be really in sync
with someone, especially after you have kids,” she said,
adding, “His focus is on his career, mine is mostly on
the kids.”

Brady was seen taking the younger kids to school this
week while Bündchen is in Costa Rica.

Brady is said to be caring for the kids while Bündchen
is away. On his Instagram account Monday, he posted
video of himself taking Benjamin and Vivian to their first
day of school.

“He’s such a doting dad, and very much a family man,”
said the source.

As Brady did a quick about-face on his retirement, Bünd-
chen has also been working again and is currently star-
ring in a new Burberry campaign.

“It’s almost like Gisele was like, ‘Well, if you’re going to
keep playing, so will I,'” said the second source. “She’s
resentful that Tom is still the football superstar.”

Brady has been looking downcast at training camp, ac-
cording to sources.

In 2020, during an appearance on Howard Stern’s Sirius
XM show, Brady admitted: “A couple of years ago, [Bünd-
chen] didn’t feel like I was doing my part for the family.

“She felt like I would play football all season and she
would take care of the house,” he added. “She wasn’t
satisfied with our marriage. So I needed to make a
change in that. Her point was, ‘Well, yeah, of course
this works for you. It all works for you. But it doesn’t
work for me.'”

And more recently, Brady had admitted he needs to be
“better” about balancing his NFL career and spending
time with his family.

“[During] the off-season, my family’s got a lot of time.
I’ve enjoyed that,” he said. “I can still do a better job of
that. It’s just constantly trying to be a little bit better
each day.”

Addressing his six-week retirement earlier this year, he
added that every decision “comes at a cost.”

The couple would likely file for divorce in Florida, as

I'm an admirer of Tom's great career & am dis-
appointed that the Cowboys were insufficiently
prepared for the Bucs in the opener. Since then,
due to a great defense & an ever-improving
offensive line & excellent play (record-setting)
from their backup QB (setting a new record ...

.... of being 4-0 in his 1st 4 starts, something
no other Cowboys QB has done in their 63
years in the league), they've had 3 straight
wins. If you recall, you recommended Tom
retire to save his marriage.

If I was a marriage counselor, I'd listen to
Tom & Giselle and try to bridge the gap be-
tween them, and as both have said, there
has to be give & take in a marriage, & I'd
have to listen to both sides to see if there
was any way to bridge the gap between
the two.

If not, if their happiness is best-served
apart rather than together, there you go,
there it is, such would be their lives but
perhaps there's a way for them to recon-
cile & if so, if I was their marriage coun-
selor, I'd try to find a way.
