Comment: Other reports say there was a shooter
who fired multiple shots, and I haven't seen any re-
port indicating more than one person in the vehicle
fired shots, albeit that last sentence used the word
"shooters" rather than "shooter".

During the 2021 draft, there were reports of some
behavioral questions regarding Kelvin Joseph but
on a recent search I was unable to find what those
behavioral issues were.

As always, when gun violence transpires, questions
arise regarding the risks of having a society with so
many guns in our midst. Prior to the murder, and I'm
not that familiar with the law, but it appears that the
shooter possessed a gun in a bar, and I think it's ille-
gal to have a gun in a bar.

The following article says "Texans are still prohibited
from carrying firearms in bars." Of course, unknown
if the shooter was in the bar or was engaged in the
fight outside the bar or if the shooter used a gun that
he had left in the car.

Per the arrest report, 2 men fired guns. Unknown where
the 2 men were and where Kelvin was when their guns
were fired or if Kelvin did anything to try to prevent them
from firing their guns.

guns? Did Kelvin have knowledge of the intent of the 2 individuals
to fire their guns at the men they had a fight with? Was Kelvin in a
position to try to prevent 1 or both of those individuals from firing

How many people were in the car? Did the driver of the car have
the intent for those 2 shooters to fire their guns at the men they
had a fight with? Not sure how many were in the car but the same
questions that apply to Kelvin would apply to all of those who didn't
fire the guns.

giving the impression that they were acquaintances or friends for

Other comments: Obviously, friends of Cameron Ray called for help
when Cameron was shot. Obviously, Kelvin Joseph knew that shots
had been fired from the vehicle he and the shooters were in. Unclear

Another question: -If- Kelvin knew those guys 'well' from having
spent considerable time with one another in Baton Rouge (that's
unknown right now) & Kelvin knew they had guns, it leaves the
impression that Kelvin is not as innocent as his lawyer is trying
to say he is.

I suspect that this will cast a dark shadow on Kelvin's career,
begging questions about what Kelvin knew about those shoot-
ers having guns, how well Kelvin knew those shooters, and what
the intent of Kelvin & all of the guys in the SUV was when they
got into the SUV after having a fight with the murdered victim
& that victim's friends in front of the OT Tavern.
