IMHO this is what the Chargers should do with each of these players (the keeps are assuming they can re-sign them at a reasonable rate and they don't get a huge offer from another team):
Keep: Van Noy, Daniel, Fox, Carter, Scott, Guyton, Pipkins, Tranquill, Fehoko, Dicker, and Parham.
Let go: Callahan, Covington, Adderley, Clapp, Rodgers, Davison, Reeder, Norton, Bandy, and Stick.

Mostly agree, but Callahan was very good for them this season. If
Jackson can play, they would have four starting CBs, plus Taylor, but in
the NFL you can never have enough pass defenders.

Is Daniel going to keep playing? Don't know what they'll do about Daniel
and Stick.

Reeder might stick at a vet minimum salary. It's definitely time for
Norton to go, Bandy just didn't pan out despite his preseason play, and
the Chargers showed their hand regarding Adderley by not playing him
against Jacksonville. It's too bad; he has tools and was a second-round
draft pick.

If Daniel doesn't want to come back, then I think they need to go get another veteran backup QB and/or draft someone on day 2 or day 3. I think the fact that Stick hasn't risen past number 3 on the depth chart in 4 years shows they don't believe in him. I think Callahan is the closest call on my "let go" list, but he probably will get a decent sized contract and I don't think the Chargers are in position to pay good money for a #4 CB (assuming Jackson is able to come back and isn't completely washed up as he appeared in his limited action this year - of course the injury may very well have had something to do with that).
