They should move the Saturday Buffalo game to Sunday.
It'll be 18 degrees warmer on Sunday! Sat. 11 high 5 low,
Sun 29 high 23 low. They moved games for Covid, why not
for better weather?

QUESTION: What's the coldest playoff game the Giants
ever had? Soldier Field in '85? Green Bay in 2008? 2012?
A game in the 80s? In the 50s? 60s?

David, I think the coldest Giants playoff game was in Green Bay in 2008, which was the 2007 playoffs. It was -4 degrees.

They had another notably bad one in 1962, playing the Packers at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx. It was 17 degrees, which doesn't sound that horrible, but the wind chill was very dangerous. The camera crews were lighting bonfires in the dugouts to thaw out their cameras. At least one of the cameramen suffered frost bite.

My brother who lives in Buffalo and used to be a Bills' season ticket holder agrees with you that the game should not be on Saturday night. We both think the NFL shows no feelings for the fans who will attend.

Its all about primetime TV money. They would prolly lose millions if the game was at 1. It is a business and businesses are not into leaving millions on the table. And the Bills mafia will show regardless....could be worse, if it was sunday night that storm could hit. I think that greenbay game musta been a 4, i can remember it being night when it ended...i just hope it isnt as windy as last one, it could be 80 degrees and 50 mph winds and it would effect the gameplay more than zero degrees and no wind...
