Well he is 0-0 and its not like a player even in college, we have never "watched" him do his job. So i go in with an open mind..and truth be known you cant grade a GM til after his third year, after his first draft has "grown up". A coach you can get a feel much faster, even single games. And truth is i was same with Joe Judge even tho i had my doubts (As we ALL should have with THAT surprise hire) i still kept an open mind. His stock rose a little to end last year but this year another slow start and a disasterous finish....injuries or not you HAVE to put out a better offense than that, at least one that looks like it belongs on the same feild...i was like "this guy is toast....or should be"
