Hate to see the Lerners sell the team, but I imagine the new owner will be Monumental Sports and Ted Leonsis. The quick thought is Jeff Bezos, who says he is interested in sports investments, buy has he bought any teams? He turned down buying the Denver Broncos.

The Lerner's corporate real estate market had to have taken a big hit in the last few years and they are probably balking at the 1/2 billion needed to sign Soto.
