Can't believe how close the game ended up, after looking like a
Warriors' blowout in the first quarter. The Warriors would have lost if
Poole hadn't had an enormous game.

Steph has to start looking for better shots.

It would be incredible if Klay comes back this Sunday, as Woj says is
possible.

Meant to add: Can't argue with 29-7, though.

I'd like to add that without Jimmy Butler's injury, the game may have
had a different outcome.

Steph looked tired... again. I believe those two early fouls took the
air out of his game however let's not overlook his contribution with 10
assists and only two turnovers. This was the 2nd game in a row the
Warriors had 39 assists,

The brilliance that GP2 and OPJr bring to the game cannot be overstated.
Between the two of them they had 6 steals, 10 rebounds (4 of 5 of OPJr's
rebounds were offensive), and 24 points.

I think Hollinger's analysis overlooked the simple fact that the system
the Warriors use to find open shooters and their league leading defense
is the secret sauce that keeps them at the top of the standings. They
don't need last second, buzzer beating baskets to win a game.

Incredible additions to the team. I hated that GP2 ended up with a -2,
which did not at all reflect his contributions to the game.

Yeah, I think the +/- stat would be of more value if it included for
example, the group of 5 that were playing at the time. Then you could
draw some conclusions as to who are the players that are more on the
plus side than the minus side. I heard this stat on ESPN today (see link
below) that when Steph, Klay, and Dray all play, their winning
percentage, 76.4% (365-113), is the highest of any 3 players in the
history of the NBA. Looking at the standings today, their winning
percentage is 80.6%. Can they keep that up while adding Klay to the line
up? First world problems indeed!

He may be coming back just in time, to enable Kerr to give Curry more of
a rest.

I agree with all 3 of the above points. See my comment above re: Klay
coming back.
