Early in the game, the Saints moving the
ball deep into Eagles territory, an injury
to Eagles lineman Josh Sweat, scarily
lengthy pause in the game while Sweat
is being worked on.

Hopefully, the injury is something Sweat
will recover from. Sweat, who was held
sackless vs the Cowboys but who inter-
cepted a Dak pass for a pick-6 TD, he's
had 11 sacks thus far in 2022.

evaluated for a neck injury. The Saints 2nd
drive, they had to punt, their 3rd drive they're
in Eagles territory right now. The Eagles 1st

Follow-up 6:

After the 4th straight Eagles 3-and-out, the
Saints move into Eagles territory but Dalton
tosses an interception & the Eagles take over
at their 25 yard line with 34 seconds left. The
Eagles get their 1st first down with 12 sec-
onds left.

The Eagles get their 2nd first down as time
expires on a long pass play, that last drive
ending with no points & almost the entire
offensive yardage for the 1st half.

Eagles 70 passing yards 9 rushing yards.

Saints 13 Eagles 0 at the half.

Eagles open up the 2nd half with a long drive
that sputters out but they kick a long field goal
for their 1st points of the game, now behind
by 13-3 with 1:58 with 10:58 left in the 3rd
quarter.

Saints open 2nd half with 3-and-out. Not to
over-react, but those 2 drives not a good sign
for Saints fans.

After 2nd Eagles & Saints drives stall out,
Eagles top off a 95 yard drive with a deep
pass to a wide open A.J. Brown of 78 yards
to put Eagles behind by 13-10 with 45 sec-
onds left in the 3rd quarter.

Brown somehow pulled Adebo away from
the play & got away with it (either that or
Adebo completely screwed up, hard to tell
on the replay as Adebo appeared to be
pulled away from the play but Eagles fans
would argue that was Adebo's fault, not
Brown's).

Sidenote: Eagles setting all sorts of sack
records in this game, Dalton on far too many

sack.

Last Saints drive went nowhere. 6:07 left
in the game, Eagles start at their 9 yard
line. WOW, Lattimore intercepts Minshew
for a pick-6 TD with 5:27 left in the game !!!

Not to count this as a Saints win too quickly
as plenty of time is left for the Eagles to come-
back, but WOW !!! Saints 20, Eagles 10.

With 5:27 left, Eagles drive starts at their 25.
On 4th & 22 with 3:43 left in the game, at the
Eagles 41, short pass far short of a 1st down,
Saints take over at their 48 yard line with 3:35
left in the game, ahead 20-10.

Taysom Hill, he's playing QB as a runner &
even when tackled near the line, he often
pushes the defenders back & gains a lot of
yards. Saints hold onto the ball & move down
the field & run out the clock !!!

YEAH, the Cowboys still have a chance at the
NFC East title but suffice to say, hard to know
how well the Giants will play in the finale vs
the Eagles (with Jalen Hurts likely back) & it
would require both a Giants win & a Cowboys
win to get the Cowboys the NFC East title.
