Well i'm sure you remember the days when the draft was like 15 rounds Tom, I do.....so these kids can say they woulda been drafted as recently as '92 which was the last year it was 12 rounds. Obviously it is better for the kids to be UDA's as opposed to a 15th rounder like back in 70's tho....they have more freedom of choice which camp to attend.

Just looked.....from 1943 to 1948 it was 32 rounds!
I remember the 17 rounds which was '67 to '76:

I'd say that huge TE from Nebraska prolly has a good chance to make the varsity...Last decent one we had was prolly Boss who left as a FA but ended up with not much of a career after that..If no dark horses step up when the Giants get outta cap hell TE is one of the first positions on my wish list

Interesting looking at that list i posted.....1964 was the best draft in history if you go by HOFers (11).....but one guy made it in as a coach...a 7th round OT picked by Detroit.....his name? Bill Parcells. Now THATS trivia!
