The following article asserts that fans
should pay much more attention to the
pressure being placed on opponent QBs
rather than sacks (failing to notice that
the stats they cite in their article are hid-
den behind a pay wall):

Teams know the Cowboys are deadly rush-
ing the passer so they’ve been spending less
time in the pocket and more time dedicated
to quick passes. The Cowboys are still get-
ting home, passers are just releasing the ball

Pressure rate is a far more stable statistic
than sacks and the Cowboys happen to be
leading the NFL in pressure rate. With a 41.5

Sidenote: Unfortunately, the so-called most
important stat being tabulated by a website
which requires individuals to PAY to see them,
just one more example of the manner in which
entities come up with unofficial stats & require
folks to pay to see them.

Sure, whoever wrote this article works for an
entity that pays to see all the so-called "most
important" unofficial stats (a boatload of stats
that are claimed to be important but are hidden
from everyone unwilling to pay to see them).

Until the NFL changes "unofficial stats" to "offi-
cial stats" & makes them freely available as all
other stats are, fans like me will continue to
find the array of supposedly (claimed) import-
ant "only available if you pay to see them" ...

.... stats difficult to appreciate as they're annoy-
ingly hidden behind pay walls.
