Doesn't seem to make a difference who owns the team, or manages them,

The good part is that curses eventually end, as Red Sox fans found out.
For some reason, I feel more optimistic about this season than I
probably should, so I'll go with 82 wins (don't ask me to justify it!).

They didn't get off to a rousing start today; 1 lousy hit (albeit was a
HR). I wasn't expecting electricity from the crowd, and I wasn't
disappointed

After this weekend, I may start claiming that the prediction in my last
post was a typo and I really meant 52 wins. I'm only half joking. And
now I'm reading that Megill is going for an MRI after pitching yesterday....

Aside from the pitching though, Nimmo, Lindor, and McNeil are a combined
3-36 with 1 BB and no extra base hits so far. Can't expect to score much
when 3 of the 1st 4 hitters in the lineup are going like that.
