Don't know what the cash value option for
that is, but since the cash value option when
the jackpot amount was estimated at $1.9
billion was $929.1 million, my estimate for
what the cash value option amount is for
the $2.04 billion jackpot is $997.6 million.

That's the largest cash value option amount
ever, per the following website which verifies
my estimate, & that's just $2.4 million short
of a billion dollars & is $14.1 million higher
than the previous largest cash value option
amount which was $983.5 million:

Congrats to whomever won, as well as con-
grats to the Father-in-Law of former Bengals
DT Domata Peko, Joe Chahayed, owner of
Joe's Service Center which sold the winning
ticket in Altadena, California, in Los Angeles
County (picture of Joe Chahayed).

Under Gildna Radner's Roseann Rosannadanna
often saying "it's always something", a saying
Gildna picked up from her dad, despite winning
the $2.04 billion jackpot, the following article
says Edwin Castro, who presented the winning ...

.... ticket on Valentine's day, that ticket is claimed
by Jose Rivera to have been purchased by him,
stolen by Reggie, & mysteriously ended up in the
hands of Edwin Castro.

The article doesn't contemplate whether Jose's
tale is fabricated or not, it simply reports Jose
filed a lawsuit listing Edwin Castro & “Reggie” as
separate defendants:
https://nypost.com/2023/02/23/lawsuit-claims-2-04-billion-powerball-ticket-was-stolen/

The following article casts doubt on Jose's tale:
