So, 6 minutes 34 seconds into the
20 minute 43 second video, for rea-
sons unknown a display of the ingre-
dients for Mrs. Butterworth's Original
Syrup appeared.

They didn't mention what they were
showing or why they were showing
that amidst a rapid dive in the Arctic
Ocean.

Always having to check labels for
nutrition info (especially carbs) I was
intrigued by the fact that 1 serving of
the syrup which is loaded with carbs,
has 27 grams of carbs. The entire
bottle has 24 servings (648 grams of
carbs).

I sometimes, due to low or rapidly low-
ering glucose level have to ingest a lot
of carbs (sometimes over 100 grams)
to get the glucose to stop a rapid de-
cline or if low already, to get the glu-
cose back up above 70 mg/dl).

I happen to have a bottle of that syrup
which I probably purchased for my daugh-
ter to use in one of her visits, & the label
on that bottle indicates 1 serving is 1/4
cup, with 52 grams of carbs.

It appears that the vague term 'serving'
is a very subjective one with different
labels using different determinations
of what a 'serving' is.

Interesting sidenote, a pseudo-ad for
3M, sponsor of this video, pertaining to
noise cancelling technology & other
technology few realize exists.

Back to subs, a lot of discussion of bal-
last & trim tanks & how they are used
to submerge & how compressed air
displaces the water to allow subs to
rise.

Toward the end, after surfacing, the use
of a drone that was almost lost but had
enough battery power left to make it back
to the sub.
