Not sure how he played in game 1, so hard to grade a corner unless you watch coaches film unless he is getting burned all day on the TV screen....but he was getting torched in some of the preseason games i watched...

Maybe that Flott kid will be ready...high 3rd rounder nothing to sneeze at...LSU...but a rookie is a rookie til proven otherwise....that goes for the #1 overall as far as i'm concerned...

I read he played 62 snaps out of 65. (Jackson on the other corner played all 65 snaps.) Corner back is a position that the Giants have very little depth, especially after they had to get rid of Bradberry due to the cap hell Gettleman left the team in.

But...if you ask me, this Flott kid is being groomed to take the spot eventually from Robinson anyway, who is no great shakes. Flott just gets thrown into the fire sooner rather than later. And i mentioned LSU because the SEC is basically the NFL's AAA baseball....sure the kid will be nervous but he will not be overwhelmed by the big crowd or anything like that coming from big time college ball....and if they do not think he is ready he my not play much anyhow, they only know from practice. But if he does play it should be interesting, i'm sure he will be tested.
