the name of the potential Cowboys OT
Broderick Jones that I mistakenly re-
ferred to as Broderick Thomas, a line-
backer who played for Dallas 1996-1997:

Yesterday, took most of the morning, I
worked on a detailed analysis of the 17
QBs eligible to be drafted in 2023.

An excellent piece of work, if I do say so
myself, but when I was about to post it,
I ran across the article about Broderick
Jones that I posted, & decided to wait
about an hour before posting my superb
QB analysis.

Unfortunately, I have so much going on
with connections to the internet on 2
devices, often having many tabs open
on 1 device & either youtube or another
entertainment stream going on the other
device, from time to time I have the ...

.... rare misfortune to lock up my devices,
& have to re-boot. During that hour of wait-
ing, with about 8 minutes to go 'til my QB
post, disaster, lock-up, & I lost that superb
detailed post.

Disheartened, I've switched to the follow-
ing links rather than posting a different
post with detailed analyses of each posi-
tion (after the draft, I'll refer to these links
to reflect what pundits thought each pick
was worth prior to the draft).

For whatever it's worth, here's an analysis
by Lance Zierlein, NFL Media Draft Analyst,
of what he thinks the strongest to weakest
positions are in the upcoming 2023 draft:

Sidenote: Even if Lance is right, each team's
picks are totally reliant on making the 'right'
pick at each chance, & whether a pick is at
a heavily loaded position or at a relatively
weak position, the 'right' pick may be at any
time, with odds favoring 1st round picks ...

.... having the greatest chance of success,
2nd & 3rd round picks having less chance
but still substantial, & all rounds thereafter
having much lower chances of success,
