Take away the "mirage" ......no more just doing it with smoke and Mirrors. This time the offense joined the Party. Lot of work to be done but Big Blue is back.
We have an early MVP candidate.....we have a coach of the year candidate. We have a QB who never gives up inspite of a bad ankle and playing with 3rd and 4th string WRs...

The Saquan 41 yard run.
The Big Dex sack.
The Jones 91 yard drive.
And finally the 2 huge deflections in crunch time, the last by McKinney....a defense that ATTACKS instead of sitting back in zone letting a HOF QB pick them apart...

I thought for sure Rodgers was gonna work his magic as usual and at least force OT.....and he almost did...til 2 batted passes. That defense is only gonna get better and if they get burned every now and again so be, id rather die a quick death than watch the other team control the ball for 3/4 of the game, that is frustrating.....again time of possesion has as much to do with the DEFENSE as Offense...some who used to come in here couldn't grasp that....was tired of watching the other team take the kickoff and by the time we got the ball there was only 4 minutes left in the quarter. That was the last 5 years even tho it got better last few years it was still to conservative IMO. Attack, attack, attack. Cause havoc.

Got to love the D so far. Pre-season the so-called 'experts' predicted a secondary disaster. Eventually they'll have that one bad game but so far, it's a strong point.
