to late Dodger already beat by time i read this....of course you know the odds go way down when you bet a team already winning in a series, that doesnt take much balls. At least the Mets can say they lost to maybe the eventual NL or world series champs!

And maybe we shouldnt be so surprised.....after all San Diego was the big spenders at the tradeing deadline...but surprise is no Tatis....but also it wasnt like they played great after the trades tho...the biggest surprise to me is Philly, not Cleveland if they beat the Yankees....lets face it the Mets Or Yankees didnt look so great at certain points in the 2nd half, both very beatable.....dodgers and braves tho im so surprised...
