And if Thomas does make first team All-pro he will be first Giants tackle since Rosie Brown 60 years ago to do so. That is great news being he is only 23 and Tackles sometimes have very long careers....it wasnt easy but we finally hit....Flowers....Solder...and whoever else was between David Diehl and Thomas.

And if DJ pans out history will treat DG a lot kinder....then we can blame the stunted rebuild mostly on JJ and his cast of clowns. But not THAT kind, i mean the 3 headed high dollar FA busts of Tate/Solder/Golladay is just inexcuseable. It's one thing whiffing on kids out of college, that happens to the best of GM's, but pro scouting like that bad is....dreadful. And the few he seemed to get right are gone...Martinez and Bradberry.

Giants should have known that If Nate Solder had anything left in the
tank, Bill Belichick would have kept him. I have to disagree about
Golden Tate. He had the wrong attitude but he did produce when given the
opportunity.

Not to the tune of 12 million a year he didn't...he was close to washed up. He was worth maybe 1/4 of that money. Not to mention the FIRST thing he does out of the box is get suspended for 4 games! Eli must have wanted to kick him in the nuts!
