To me the biggest difference was getting rid of Joe Judge!....Just think last year was mostly ALL DG guys. Maybe Thebow had a big impact on that 1 Washington game but that was it, the Rest was Gettlemans guys, they just needed the right coach...

Thibodeaux also had a huge impact against the Ravens causing Lamar Jackson to fumble at the end of the game.

Hodgins also had a large impact, and Bellinger some impact.

They both played better than expected but they also played what? Half the games? Both those position should be improved upon this year, the fact is a coach can make an impact right away, a GM you usually need at least 3 years to make a grade, especially one that had little to spend first few years like Schoen. Thats why i say this isnt a rebuild....the rebuild started a good 3-4 years ago, bad coaching just stunted the teams growth, and especially the QB. Don't get me wrong DG certainly had some major fuck ups we are still paying for, but even the best GMs never bat 1000.
