Of that 50k, I put 43k on Georgia Moneyline at an average of -139.
I put 7k on Georgia -7 at +163.

I feel really good about this play.

Make no mistake, I will be rooting for Bama. But I just don't see any way they can win.

We beat their ass at fairly full strength vs fairly full strength, and hey......I'll always remember that game and it felt good.

But losing metchie(and he's not the only injury) changes everything. Everything. Just losing that production alone is huge(he had 100 yards in just the first half in the sec title game), but just as important now Georgia can bracket Williams and play 'chase and tail' coverage on him with two guys. Can't do that with metchie. And so the way Alabama cruised to victory in the sec title game is no longer an option.

So yeah, it is what it is. We beat their ass at mostly full strength vs mostly full strength, and now with metchie out(and other injuries) we just don't have a shot. At least I will make a ton of money on it.

We will be preseason #1 going into next year and, barring injury, will certainly win another natty then. RTR.

Still, Alabama might be better than Georgia. We'll see. I'd like Georgia to be dominant on defense (somehow) so I could feel better about Lanning coming to Oregon. At least, win or lose, he'll be a full-time head coach starting tomorrow.

It was a good game until Georgia blew it open in the last 5-6 minutes. I'm glad I watched it. Congratulations on your winning bet. If I had to make a bet on this game, I'd have probably bet on Georgia too.

You're taking a chance throwing that much money into offshore books - especially if you have to deposit the bet in advance. I've seen too many cases of the money disappearing.
