One of the things that happened at the NCAA Convention is, the planned change to the transfer waiver rules (where an athlete that has used his one "free" transfer) for two conditions which was supposed to take effect immediately, so an athlete could transfer immediately and be eligible for the 2022 football season, has been delayed until 2023.

The two exceptions are for (a) an athlete having a disability that required services or treatment not available at their current school but available at their planned new one, and (b) documented cases where the transfer is needed because of "unique, extenuating and extraordinary circumstances outside the student’s control and caused by an imminent threat to the student’s health or safety."

Never play pool with anyone named "Fats".
