You shoot me preemptively as a threat to America.

You seek an action legalizing the kill as a member of the regulated militia.

How does that argument lose, especially in light of the courts ruling on 2A?

Utter. Fucking. Madness.

Not nearly as much as an armed me.

I figure I'm dead anyway, in case you didn't check.

And I can't believe I actually let this go without making an important distinction.

The entire point of my question is a concept of that they shoot me before they become victims of mine.

A "terrorist threat to the general welfare". Not specific self-defense.

It's American Exceptionalism.

Where else in the world can you send your children to school and have an
expectation that you may bet a call from the coroner to come identify
him or her?

How many cowboys, cowgirls, and wannabe soldiers are going to be openly
packing now?

Destroy us in order to save an originalist view of the Constitution.

Consider what the originalist view is and what Manifest Destiny was to those "in the way", and you get a pretty good damn picture of what's going on here.

The left now wants to ignore the legitimacy of the federal government. Too ironic in the wake of the kangaroo committee.

BLM rioter punches policeman in face requiring surgical
reconstruction: released on own recognizance.

Bomber of US Capitol and cop killer: sentence commuted, joins BLM board.

Non-violent trespass at the Capitol, door opened by
Capitol employees: a year of solitary confinement..

Tell me we don't have political prisoners and I'll laugh. The good news
is that the Dems are just piling up the cognitive dissonance, and the
preference cascase is likely going to be stunning.

So, all of a sudden we now have a legitimate federal government? That's
pretty rich coming after an imbecilic president tried to stage a
political coup. I thought you guys hated the deep state?

You better fucking shoot us then.

Some of us, long ago, realized that it's not the actions that are of the right and wrong, but the people on an a priori basis.

Which nation?

And I hope I don't have to explain that. There's a massive housecleaning of blood which would have to happen first internally to determine that.

The only thing on all sides necessary is forgiveness. You don't appear

Nope. Because I understand my place (or, more correctly, complete lack of same) in that regard.

You're basically asking me to kill myself. The Federal Government won't let me do that -- they figure I'll take Debbie with me.

I'm so olde I can remember when the left was actually concerned about unequal justice.
I've noticed that on social media, the television, the nets when someone on the left
is presented with the evidence, proof, that the Jan 6. rioters are being held to a very
different standard they don't bother to argue that point. They know it's true.

Don't forget the hundreds of coups attempted by the Democrats over the last decade?
Some of which the current, clearly non- imbecilic, president and vice-president repeatedly
expressed support. The genius of the left describing political protest as "coups" is on
full display. We've experienced "coup" after "coup" by the Democrats and we didn't even
know it.

Fringe agitators like: the President of the United States, his chief of
staff, the wife of a Supreme Court Justice, a former law clerk to that
self-same Justice who is founder of a conservative think tank, and seven
Republican members of Congress. That we know of so far. Sure.

Obviously you are assuming facts not in evidence, and interpretations
of "encouragement" which fit your purposes. The idea that there was
seriously any danger to our government and its officials with unarmed
protesters should of course be laughable. And it is laughed at, regularly.

What connects me to others is the idea of being an American transcends these differences. We are all Americans regardless of these other differences. What ‘progressive’ politicians are doing is claiming that they are not the representatives of the people in their district they are claiming they are the representatives of all Hispanics (regardless if they are American citizens or not) or the leader of the LGBT this, or a member of the Congressional Black Caucus."
