Which dried up rather quickly and one-and-a-half years later they've now declared bankruptcy.

First they were given a (12?) point penalty, that made survival pretty
much impossible, then they withdrew completely. This meant that *all*
their results were annulled. Since Türkgücü had managed to take points
off *some* of the top teams, this skewed the promotion battle.

You would think that such a withdrawal would have consequences, but
Türkgücü is starting the Regionalliga as if nothing had happened.
