impeach Joe :Biden for his gross incompetence
and failure to enforce the laws to protect our
border? My guess is he will be impeached by

even higher? Will gas prices go even higher? Will Biden add even more
$trillions to our national debt with his idiotic limitless spending?

And since when did "we know the Senate won't convict, but why should that stop us impeaching the President?" stop the House? Clinton was impeached, and Trump was impeached twice, and in none of those instances was anybody under the delusion that the Senate was going to convict.

Except for two small little details:
1. The votes have already been counted as per the 12th Amendment, and there is no Constitutional way of "uncounting" or changing them. If you believe there is, then please explain, in something that has more detail than "Congress revokes consent," how.
2. As I recall, you think "consent" means "not using the right to challenge a state's electoral votes, or having such a challenge voted down in Congress," so I am assuming that "revoking consent" means that states can challenge electoral votes long after the fact. One small problem: the only provision for challenging electoral college votes is in Title 3, Section 15 of the United States Code, which limits this ability to when that particular state's votes are announced at the count. In order to change this, you need to change the law, and in order to change the law, you either need to prevent Biden from vetoing it, or get 2/3 of the House and 2/3 of the Senate to override the veto.

Which is why they deliberately create a Constitutional crisis by stating they do not believe the 2020 election was held properly.
