[what we don't & cannot know, Cowboys know-
ledge of interest by other teams in the players
they selected, or the evaluation the Cowboys
made which may have elevated their view of
a player's value]

Pick 1 of 11

[Drafted where his Prospect Grade
says he should've been drafted]

Round 1, Pick 12 – Micah Parsons, LB, Penn State
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/micah-parsons/32005041-5275-3418-9a2d-9826287ee445

Prospect Grade = 6.89
Overall Ranking = 6th
Draft Projection = Round 1

Micah Parsons has been compared to Ray Lewis
and there’s good reason for that. Parsons is a big,
athletic linebacker who can fly from sideline to side-
line, making highlight plays routinely.

His instincts are among the best of any linebacker
prospect I have ever scouted. He opted out of the
2020 season but Dallas felt his talent warranted
this high selection.

~~~
Pick 2 of 11
[Drafted where his Prospect Grade
says he should've been drafted]
Round 2, Pick 44 – Kelvin Joseph, CB, Kentucky
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/kelvin-joseph/32004a4f-5322-1287-71cd-7df2402d9452
Prospect Grade = 6.24
Overall Ranking = 59th
Draft Projection = Rounds 2-3
Joseph has all the physical traits in the world and
could potentially develop into a quality starting corn-
erback down the road. With that being said, he has
not shown the consistency needed to reach that ceil-
ing. This pick feels like somewhat of a reach.
[based on his overall ranking of 59th,
pick 44 was -not- a reach]
~~~

Pick 3 of 11

[Drafted in 3rd round but Prospect
Grade = Round 5]

Round 3, Pick 75 – Osa Odighizuwa, IDL, UCLA
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/osa-odighizuwa/32004f44-4911-8654-a883-7963338320c8

Prospect Grade = 5.98
Overall Ranking = 155th
Draft Projection = Round 5 (that's where
the 155th overall ranking would be drafted,
but the website above says rounds 3-4)

[based on his overall ranking of 155th,
he was a 5th rounder, a reach at pick 75]

Odighizuwa is a talented athlete who has an exten-
sive background in wrestling. This is likely a reason
for his great leverage that he plays with.

~~~
Pick 4 of 11
[Drafted in 3rd round but Prospect
Grade = Rounds 6-7]
Round 3, Pick 84 – Chauncey Golston, Edge, Iowa
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/chauncey-golston/3200474f-4c69-9429-32f5-7aaacc30c4d1
Prospect Grade = 5.80
Overall Ranking = 228th
Draft Projection = Rounds 6-7
Golston projects to be an early-down defender at the
NFL level. He gets his best penetration comes when
he is kicked inside or when he’s asked to stunt and
twist to crash into gaps.
~~~

Pick 5 of 11

[Drafted in 3rd round but Prospect
Grade = Undrafted Free Agent]

Round 3, Pick 99 – Nahshon Wright, CB, Oregon State
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/nahshon-wright/32005752-4957-5740-9eb8-6dfd95c71177

Prospect Grade = 5.59
Overall Ranking = 296th
Draft Projection = Undrafted Free Agent

Wright played junior college ball at the infamous Laney
College from Last Chance U. He is still working into his
frame but he looks to have the potential to develop into
a quality press corner.

~~~
Pick 6 of 11
['Draft Gem', 2nd round talent
drafted in 4th round]
Round 4, Pick 115 – Jabril Cox, LB, LSU
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/jabril-cox/3200434f-5831-5503-5fb9-edf18e12b912
Prospect Grade = 6.26
Overall Ranking = 59th
Draft Projection = Round 2
The Cowboys have a ton of money tied up on the offen-
sive side of the ball which is a large reason for the push
to acquire young, talented defenders. Cox is a hard wor-
ker with a lot of versatility.
~~~

Pick 7 of 11

[Drafted where his Prospect Grade
says he should've been drafted]

Round 4, Pick 138 – Josh Ball, OT, Marshall
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/josh-ball/32004241-4c50-1948-d003-0543c0165523

Prospect Grade = 6.26
Overall Ranking = 100th
Draft Projection = Rounds 3-4 (that's where
the 100th overall ranking would be drafted,
but the website above says rounds 4-5)

Ball was named first team all-conference in 2020. He has
nine career starts in 21 games played.

~~~
Pick 8 of 11
[Drafted where his Prospect Grade
says he should've been drafted]
Round 5, Pick 179 – Simi Fehoko, WR, Stanford
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/simi-fehoko/32004645-4855-6867-28d1-9272a231323b
Prospect Grade = 5.93
Overall Ranking = 176th
Draft Projection = Round 5
2020 1st Team All-Pac-12
2020 – 574 rec yds (led Pac-12)
Career – 62 Rec, 1,146 yds, 9 TD
~~~

Pick 9 of 11

[Drafted where his Prospect Grade
says he should've been drafted]

Round 6, Pick 192 – Quinton Bohannna – IDL, Kentucky
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/quinton-bohanna/3200424f-4805-1911-a9de-495f5d65c4f0

Prospect Grade = 5.88
Overall Ranking = 201st
Draft Projection = Round 6

2020 – 10 tackles, 2.0 TFL, 2 PBU
Career – 59 tackles, 9.0 TFL, 2 sacks

~~~
Pick 10 of 11
['Draft Gem', 4th round talent
drafted in 6th round]
Round 6, Pick 227 – Israel Mukuamu, CB, South Carolina
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/israel-mukuamu/32004d55-4b41-5291-35f7-8fbab1ac3646
Prospect Grade = 6.0
Overall Ranking = 132nd
Draft Projection = Round 4
Opted out of final 3 games of 2020 season
2019 2nd Team All-SEC
Career: 86 tackles, 7 Int, 10 Passes Defended
~~~

Pick 11 of 11

[Drafted where his Prospect Grade
says he should've been drafted -if-
Cowboys feared he might sign with
another team in free agency]

Round 7, Pick 238 – Matt Farniok, G, Nebraska
https://www.nfl.com/prospects/matt-farniok/32004641-5243-2276-8352-5ca3904d0162

Prospect Grade = 5.62
Overall Ranking = 273rd
Draft Projection = Undrafted Free Agent
