guessing before training camp) good news
for 9 of the 11 2021 draft picks, but bad news
for the following 2, projected to not make the
53 man roster:

Round 7, Pick 238 – Matt Farniok, G, Nebraska

Matt Farniok unmentioned in the article, but
here's what the article had to say regarding
Quinton Bohanna: "Calvin Watkins, the proven
veteran, has the inside track over the rookie
Quinton Bohanna. DT takes time in the NFL &
Bohanna will likely need a season on the ...

RB Rico Dowdle Out For Season;

While he was on the verge of making the
53-man roster for the second straight year,
running back Rico Dowdle is instead headed
to injured reserve.

A hip injury will end the season before it even
started for Dowdle ...

With Dowdle out, that leaves the Cowboys with
Ezekiel Elliott, Tony Pollard, JaQuan Hardy and
Brenden Knox as true tailbacks.

Rookie fullback Nick Ralston might get more of a
look to carry the ball from the running back spot in
this last preseason game Sunday against the Jag-
uars.
