But you're delegating it to someone else (the computer). How on earth do you know where it goes?

WTF? You must know where you store things. Like you know what cupboard you put the pans in in the kitchen.

I know, and I have this one, LMP4, BT 2.1. I get 2Mbps.

I cannot believe BT5 won't be dramatically faster. Still not arrived though due to lazy workshy postmen.

The most annoying thing I find with USB is the power level. Mainly shitty connectors, shitty cables, and Chinese amps in power supplies. I've got two 3.1A supplies here. One gives me 1.7A, the other 0.9A! The seller didn't like it when I tested the current using a piece of heating element (which I also bought from China).

Why? Surely you do completely different things on your computer and phone? It's not often the same file is needed on both.

Really? My data disk on this computer is $500. I wouldn't want that on all 8 computers and 2 phones.

You have on your computer photos from your phone, and photos from your computer, and every other device you and your family owns, placed there by software. You have yourself a mess. An analogy would be you make a cup of coffee and place it on your desk, and magically a cup of coffee appears on every surface in your house. Your wife makes a drink of tea, and one of those appears next to you. But maybe you didn't want tea. Maybe she didn't want coffee. You'd soon have a very untidy house.

What on earth has that got to do with the cost of the devices?
