Some googlean answers:

1. Large objects such as the Sun and planets aren't the only masses that warp the fabric of space-time. Anything with mass—including your body—bends this four-dimensional cosmic grid. The warp, in turn, creates the effect of gravity, redirecting the path of objects that travel into it.

2. At its most basic, general relativity is a way to describe gravity by attributing it to the curvature of space-time that occurs in the presence of massive bodies. Massive objects cause space-time to stretch.

3. Is spacetime stretched by massive objects?: Based on Albert Einstein's 1915 General Theory of Relativity, massive objects bend the fabric of spacetime, giving rise to what we know as gravity.

THEN, in this largely ignored thread:

If I bring a perfect rod (length:1,2 million Km) to the surface of the Sun, do I see it twisting 1.75"?
https://groups.google.com/g/sci.physics.relativity/c/QQHemjb_wnU

FROM GOOGLE, THE ANSWER IS YES. NOT ONLY LIGHT PATH IS BENT, BUT ALSO MATERIAL OBJECTS OF ANY SHAPE AND SIZE ARE TWISTED, BENT.

Does anyone want to write the formula for the bent angle of an infinitely large unidimensional rod (a material object of radius ZERO, yet having mass)
that is placed JUST on the surface of the Sun?. Is it the same of that "valid"
for starlight or should we "consider" other hidden factors?

GR is full of surprises. This happens when you extract from MATHEMATICS
PHYSICAL MEANINGS, and do not question INSANE RESULTS.

Dumbestfuck,

You are connecting the Sun and the Earth RADIALLY. Keep it up, dumbestfuck.
