Supreme Court hasn't ruled on whether a fetus is a person. And AFAIK the
only way the Republicans could in the foreseeable future pass a
nationwide ban is if they frame the ban in those terms and the SC agrees
that it is, in which case Congress has broad powers to pass laws to make
what would then be considered murder illegal to whatever degree they see
fit.

Even in that case I expect she'd still get a ticket. Laws in America are
designed to keep the powerful powerful and make sure anyone who's not
that stays kicked to the curb and in line, they're not designed to be
logically consistent.

Yeah, right... do you really believe that?

They usually list the approved ages on child seats since there are a number of different ones for different ages. If there are no seats available for children under 0 years of age, that isn't the parents fault. The fetus is already in a very well protected environment.
