Poor little Flunky has to rehash things that happened when I had no control over muself because of the concussion. This makes himself feel better about his absolute failure as a human being. I'm sure that I must have been legally drunk but I was hardly drunik since I remember having a seizure aned having to manuvuer wildly in order to miss the cop who had stopped a car on a narrow 2 lane road. And as for missing a court date ALL charges were dismissed upon presenting medical proof that I had no memory at that time.

I should also say that the first thing I did upon being trated and regaining my memory was to go down to the police department and ask if I had done anything illegal when I was out of touch with reality and they told me no. Apparently they didn't know anything about three car accidents and a missed hearing which should have been on their records.

was a 522 day delay between the two arrests. It's possible that a
generous and sympathetic judge dropped the DUI charges because you
were being treated for TBI (traumatic brain injury), but I really
don't believe that any judge would allow you continue driving if it
could eventually result in 4 car wrecks in 2 years.

I'm sure that you can find something dumber to say but you would have to work at it. I have no memory of the car wrecks other than insurance reports because I was still sufferinbg the effects of the concussion.But you can make up anything you like and you have. 3 car wrecks in 2 years, one car striking me on the bicycle with the woman eventually losing her license and one arrest for drunk driving and one TICKET supposedly for driving dangerously which meant that I was driving the 65 mph speed limit in the faxt lane to take a turn from one freeway to another while the average speed of the traffic in the lane was 15 mph over the speed limit. So, I got a ticket for going the speed limit while those dangerously speeding received a wink and a nod.
