They are being sued for refusing to hire people who are legally in the

They have to be US Citizens to be hired!
I worked in Aerospace and other companies doing gov. jobs.
US citizenship is a must to work on gov. contracts!
It's all about security and clearances.
Our company hired outside contractors for cleaning and some maintenance etc.... where, who knows legals and illegals may work, but after the job was done, they had to be off the company's premises!

The reason they are being sued is because they don't meet the
requirements for requiring American citizenship for the jobs in
question.

Most government contracts don't require U.S. citizenship for
contractors. Only some, and only for some jobs.

It is the government suing!
