A male patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), as dose 4 (booster), single (Lot number: Unknown) for covid-19 immunisation; levothyroxine sodium (LEVOTHYROX), (Lot number: Unknown) for product used for unknown indication. The patient''s relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Comirnaty (dose 1), for COVID-19 immunisation; Comirnaty (dose 2), for COVID-19 immunisation; Comirnaty (dose 3 (booster)), for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "Hyperthyroidism". He was never able to regulate his TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) and he died from the 4th dose of the Pfizer vaccine. The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: Blood thyroid stimulating hormone: Not specified. The date and cause of death for the patient were unknown. It was not reported if an autopsy was performed. The reporter considered "patient received bnt162b2 (comirnaty), as dose 4 (booster)" and "death" related to BNT162b2. The reporter''s assessment of the causal relationship of "hyperthyroidism/never able to regulate his tsh (thyroid stimulating hormone)" with the suspect product(s) BNT162b2 was not provided at the time of this report. There is little to none causality linking the deaths to the vaccine. There is a possibility of very, very, very few people dying from an adverse reaction possibly. People are abut 1000x more likely to get struck by lightning on their way home from the clinic than to die from an adverse reaction.
