the blue shift to light is also with a time rate slowing down
entering a gravity field...
Einstein believed strength of gravity slows time.
High strength is slower.. low strength is faster rate...
Light's Low blue shift is in the its fast time outer field.
Low strength outer gravity is low Pound Rebka blue shift.
High strength is more EM energy blue shift always in
slower time. Low strength is less energy in faster time.

By gravity Lights energy goes up as its time slows down.
Leaving gravity its energy goes down or red shifts as its
time rate speeds up.
