If the axis points both ways what
does gravity do to both sides at once?
one pointing away changing by gravity
and one pointed toward changing
by gravity...?

No. There is no wobble by gravity.

Precession, Roy. Google it. Just like a spinning top with its spin axis
not straight up/down precesses.

is stronger than that on the 'far' side.
